  That's not going to work, even if you could select it. The signal generated by a guitar is MUCH lower than line level (which that jack is designed to accept). Whatever signal you do manage to record will be too low to be workable. By the time you crank up the gain and get a decent level, the signal will be extremely distorted and sound horrible.

  If you've got an amplifier or processor with a line out jack, then you can go do that. Your best bet would be to get a simple usb guitar interface.

  uncheck stereo mix and check mic,and uncheck digital output in your audio manager, config tab
