Malls Cannot Track You For Now

Malls Cannot Track You For Now Here’s an update to the thing I wrote at the 26th of November Malls Maybe Tracking Your Cellphone. a quick background, two malls within the Usa, the Promenade Temecula in Southern California and the quick Pump Town Center in Richmond, Va, where planning to check Footpath by Path Intelligence, a technology which permits malls to trace the trail in their costumers. Among the many concerns that I and others cited was the problem of privacy. The truth that so that you can opt out of the tracking you needed to turn off your cellphone, which is not realistic in today’s world. This issue was also stated in a letter by Senator Charles Schumer of recent York. In a press conference and likewise in a letter to the mall and the FTC, Senator Schumer stated “A shopper’s personal mobile phone shouldn’t be utilized by a 3rd party as a tracking device by retailers,” Schumer said in a press conference on Sunday. “Personal mobile phones are only that-personal. If retailers like to tap into your phone to look what your shopping patterns are, they could ask you to your permission to take action.” He especially had a question with the concept a shopper needed to opt out of the tracking by turning their cellphone off. He stated this could be something consumers opt into and never opt out. Forest City which owns both the department stores has not abandoned the plan entirely, but is attempting find how to make it opt in. Path Intelligence the maker of Footpath, insist that this technique of tracking isn’t any different than cookies on the web. This maybe true, but i will manage online cookies, while that’s an opt in or opt out period. i do not expect this technology to depart, but it surely does must be updated to be opt in.

Well no one is allowed to go into peoples personal belongings. Have your husband, boyfriend or who ever he or she is to and talk to JAG. I have seen such things like this happen, but i know is illegal to take pictures of military equipment which gives some authority to see whats going but JAG would be the best bet.

if you can talk back to them ask them if they ever sent letters to each other that were like that, say that you have the right to do what you want and ask them if they ever did anything like that and if they say no say "really" in a very condescending way, you can also just bribe ur way out of it say you'll do extra chores or something, you could also just lie if you want to and say you'll never talk to him again or something, im 13 so i provided what i could to help you out, hope it helps

Someone needs to take their meds.

Humor me while i dissect this post:

"I attribute the noise to a "cell phone" tower, basically microwave radiation that is apparently aimed at my personal computer. I know it must be microwaves because microwaves remove water vapor, and this is exactly what is missing from the air when I hear this energy sound."

Microwaves do NOT remove water vapor. A H2O molecule absorbs some of the energy from the microwave energy as it passes through the molecule, causing it to vibrate faster and heat up. You cannot remove water vapor from the air by simply heating it; air (and the water vapor) needs to be cooled past the dew point in order to cause the water vapor to condense and the air to become "dryer". SO, your conclusion there is fictional.
Also, a cellular tower does have output wattage comparable to a microwave oven, greater even with some large, high output stations, BUT they are situated high up in the air to give them the greatest possible line of sight. They are designed to disperse the signal in a concentric circle OR to function as a transceiver between towers. Physics tells us that the intensity of a signal is directly proportional to distance between the source and the sensor. SO, unless your home is positioned 80 feet in the air, 5 feet from a microwave transmission dish, the "signals" that are reaching your home are in no way enough to cause significant heating of water vapor.

More than likely, what you are "hearing" is high frequency sound caused by a loose component inside your pc. Line input here in the states is regulated at 60 hertz. Combine that with a poorly constructed step down transformer, and you have a rudimentary speaker vibrating at a harmonic of 60 hertz. Many components have the ability to vibrate under the right conditions.

If youre capable, try taking the cover off your pc and WITHOUT TOUCHING ANYTHING, try using your hand to block the sound. Track it to it's source. DONT open your monitor OR the power supply, thats where the really secretive bugs are….and they contain potentially lethal high voltage sources. The worst that can happen from touching your motherboard is frying one of the components there, but the voltage is regulated at less than or equal to 12 volts.

Awesome, this is definitely the answer that I was looking for. Like I said In my last comment, I use dual zone pads and was thinking about trying to find a way to use them in the game.

Awesome review, as always, thanks and keep it up.

No, because it is in Southern California. Orange is in Orange County, which is right in the middle of southern california. Greater Southern California would be like Palm Springs, Barstow, and some desert reigons closer to Nevada and Arizona.
